Job Brief:

 

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for making recommendations to the clients which enable them to make informed life and health insurance related decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Communicating with inbound leads over calls

-Listening to them and understanding their insurance requirements.

-Offering customised health and life insurance recommendations based on interaction with the clients.

-Finally handhold them through their insurance purchase journey.

 

Requirements:

We require someone who-

– Excellent communication skills : This is the key when you are talking to the client especially over calls. Good communication can make or break the deal.

– Attention to detail : Active listening and attention to details are prerequisites to offering customised insurance solutions to clients.

– Command over English language

– Bachelor’s degree in any stream

– No prior related experience is required : We are not specifically looking for people who have prior experience of selling insurance. We will consider your application if it meets all other requirements.

 

Remuneration –

– 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA (Fixed) + Yearly Bonus
