Job Brief:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies to improve our website’s search engine rankings. You should be able to do both On Page and Off Page optimization to drive traffic to attract quality leads. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and other related tools is
mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results
rankings.
-Conduct in-depth keyword research to generate new keyword and content ideas relevant to the industry.
-Analyse website performance and social media channels using SEO tools and metrics like organic traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates and then make recommendations for improvement.
-Coordinate with web development team to optimise existing website pages for desktop and mobile devices.
-Create and execute high-quality backlinks building activity through strategic outreach and content marketing initiatives.
-Manage paid search campaigns for the company.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our overall digital strategy.
-Generate reports and provide insights on SEO performance to stakeholders.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content and website elements are SEO-optimised.
Requirements:
We require someone who-
– 2+ years of experience in SEO analysis is mandatory.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
– Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
– Good communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
– Passion for the insurance industry (a plus).
Remuneration –
– 4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Yearly Bonus
